Kingsmill, located two miles east of Williamsburg, is a four season residential and resort community, encompassing 2900 acres of lovely rolling countryside including three miles of frontage on the James River. The land is rich in history as well as natural beauty and includes several plantation sites archeologists have dated as early as 1630.
Our master planned community began development in 1973, and includes homes, townhomes, patio homes and condominiums which are priced according to size and location.
